Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP

Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP, and Joe Simon Community Family Day Celebration evolved as a result of a vision that was put into action.  The ministry is a messenger with a message and a program carried out by believers.  The message is God’s word, based on Biblical scripture, preaching, praying, and lifting voices, making joyful noises in sermons, prayer, and songs.  This vision was conceived during and after the realization that this is God’s world and we all are children of God by creation.  Motivated by this realization and inspired to do something constructive, Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP was born.  The ministry is very simple, to preach God’s word, encourage each one of us to love one another, care for one another, and pursue peace within our hearts, our minds, our communities, and the world in which we live.  In the words of a Prophet, “He hath shewed thee, o man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” (Micah 6:8).

Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP and Joe Simon Community Day Celebration took actions by giving life meaning to these profound words of scripture.  Some of God’s faithful believers organized to help “serve the present age.”  Serving is about giving – doing justly - giving time, efforts, talents, love, food, clothing, money, and other valuables that will help bring hope, ease needless suffering and pain, valuables that bring comfort to people – youth, young adults, and seniors in particular.  As the song goes, “oh what needless pain we bare.” Together, in the spirit of love and fellowship, doing justly, we can make a genuine difference in this world – NOW.

Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP and Joe Simon Community Day Celebration, guided by a vision and inspired “to serve the present age” is concerned about our youth, our young adults, and our seniors in particular.  As such, programs have been designed to address needs and issues such as: spiritual growth, education and skills, the performing arts, self esteem, civic responsibilities, volunteerism, training, health and wellness, and much more.  Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP and Joe Simon Community Day Celebration recognizes that there are many challenges at the present time, challenges such as jobs, housing, gangs and violence, literacy, obesity, victims of disorder and afflictions, massive prison populations, the lists goes on and on.  Being very concerned and guided by a vision, constructive programs and projects were established to help meet the challenges, and again, “to serve the present age.”

Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP and Joe Simon Community Day Celebration has traveled America and the world, preaching, teaching, praying, singing and giving.  Religious leaders, government leaders, civic leaders, corporate leaders, and every day citizens  recognizes the importance, the contributions, and the impact of Minister Joe Simon Outreach Ministries, NFP.  The ministry has been recognized and welcomed with opened minds, opened hearts, opened doors, and open microphones from Flossmoor, Illinois to Alexandria  and Monroe, Louisiana, from Fort Pierce, Florida to Boone, North Carolina, from Los Angeles, Compton, and Santa Ana, California, to Tuskegee, Alabama, from The Bahamas to Italy, from Canada to England, from Finland to Austria, and many other cities, territories, states, and countries.  The ministry looks forward to visiting your village, town, city, state, and country.  Our ministry and our mission is to spread God’s word by serving “the present age.”  Our sincere belief and message is, “There’s A God Somewhere.”
